Sam Shorrosh

Sam Shorrosh grew up the son of missionaries. His parents were assigned to Jordan/Israel and later to India. With his family, he has traveled around the globe. Sam is married to Sherry and they have one son, and a black chow chow named Yogi.

Sam is a lifetime learner having earned degrees in accounting, business administration, biblical studies with languages, adult education, theology, and a Ph.D. in Education. Dr. Shorrosh served as a minister to churches in Louisiana, Texas, Mississippi, and Alabama. He retired from church-based ministry and transitioned into working with various companies as a consultant, which he still does today.

Sam beat male breast cancer in 2016 and has quite a story to tell as he didn’t have to have chemo or radiation. He hopes to write something on the subject one day.

In Sam’s teen years, his family moved to Daphne, AL and he graduated from a nearby high school, where he developed his music skills. In college, Sam completed a minor in performance cello while working on his business degree.

As a writer, Dr. Shorrosh has produced various articles for publication, including an editorial section in a city newspaper, offering insights into daily living.
